First blog...last day of Week 4

It's the end of Week 4 of my first 12 week challenge with Ideal Bodies Online and I'm starting a blog! Woop! I really wanted to do this for my daily dedication, motivation and inspiration.

How does it feel to be at Week 4 already?
  • Not hungry
  • Fitter than ever
  • Seeing and feeling changes already (lost 8cm all over :-) )
  • Clothes are definitely looser
  • Manageable and delicious meals
  • Made some big changes in habits already
  • Can see this to be a lifestyle change
Truly I've had fun setting this challenge to myself. It's wintry here in Sydney and still I have to get outside to go training as I don't belong to a gym (and prefer training outside even if it's chilly!)

So there'll be more posts coming in the next week. Off to bed before a big weights session tomorrow morning.
