How does it feel to be at Week 4 already?
- Not hungry
- Fitter than ever
- Seeing and feeling changes already (lost 8cm all over :-) )
- Clothes are definitely looser
- Manageable and delicious meals
- Made some big changes in habits already
- Can see this to be a lifestyle change
Truly I've had fun setting this challenge to myself. It's wintry here in Sydney and still I have to get outside to go training as I don't belong to a gym (and prefer training outside even if it's chilly!)
So there'll be more posts coming in the next week. Off to bed before a big weights session tomorrow morning.
